I think its about a group of people with some kind of strange Syndrome. This Syndrome affects them in many ways, one being their eyes.

That's a way better explanation than the poem's origination. The poem is drawing a connection to Lavender Town from Herobrine. Considering the ghost in the lavender town theme's Spectrogram and the herobrine in Disk 11's spectrogram both have white eyes. Daniel is C418'S First name and Marowok is the name of the lavender town ghost :)
