I dont know if it was just me but I thought Luigi's Mansion was quite horrifing at points. Luigi's mansion was a great game! Some roadside hippie offered it to me for only $6! It was quite a steal so I bought it. He said it was the original copy. He also mentioned that it was the original cut. Thinking nothing of it i went home and popped it in my gamecube. The title came up as normal and I saw there was an original file saved.
I opened that save up to find myself in the telephone room. I walked into the toy soldiers room and the ghosts were still there, but something looked different. I couldn't really tell what it was seeing as it was dark and the ghosts have yet to been captured. I looked around the room and finally noticed what was different. There was a table in the middle of the room which a baby doll on it. The doll had a knife stabbed in it so I left the room thinking it was a glitch. In the phone room though there was a small little smile sitting on the chair. I walked over to it and lighting flashed. It was a little girl kicking her legs back and forth and back and forth. I shook the chair and was brought back to the lobby.
I looked in the mirror over in the corner everything was normal. I turned around and toad was sitting and crying like normal. I looked in the mirror again. Toad was standing up his eyes were just black evilish looking eyes. He had fang with blood dripping from them. He was slowly walking towards me saying something. I couldn't understand it so I shut off the the GC and turned it back on. I was back in the phone room. I picked up the phone which was ringing and lightning struck. I saw the famous shadow of luigi hanging himself. I knew about this so I wasn't scared. I told the phone person I was luigi and I heard heavy breathing through the phone (in game) and hung up. I walked into the clockwork room to find a giant white sheet.
I sucked it up with my poltergiest3000 and there was the boo sheet thing. It didnt say get out but it said "You are next." The game crashed and I went to sleep that night. I woke up at 1:11 to find the dark eyed toad standing at my door.
"You are next" he said as he slowly walked in the room. The door closed behind him an he slowly walked towards my bed. I quickly woke up my girlfriend, but when she turned toward me (still in bed by the way) her face had the same expression as toads. Black eyes and sharp bloody fangs. She then said in a slow whisper "you are next."

And it still wasnt very scary..
