Hello PMC, today I'd like to talk to you about a little pointless thing I've noticed on PMC. Do you know what the "Blocks" page is? Well, its a little page on PMC, right in between "Mods" and "Members". This page simply lists all the blocks in Minecraft (which still hasn't been updated to 1.3, I might add). It lists the name, their item id, and a small picture of them.
Now, this page used to be very helpful to me, and many others. However, since the introduction of "creative" mode it has been nearly useless. Without needing to know item id's to spawn items, that feature of it really doesn't help anymore. And with creative mode, you can see every item and its name right there in minecraft, so that isn't exactly great anymore.
So, why does the page still exist. I know I haven't used it in ages. Many PMC members on chat agreed with me it was useless. In fact, DancingWalrus, frequent PMC-vistor and chat moderator, admitted in chat he wasn't even aware it existed!
If the page were to be removed, it could either make the menu more roomy, and each button larger, or it could be replaced by a new page.
One page I think would be a great replacement would be an Art Page. Are you aware in the past week I recorded 8 blogs on the popular reel being art? And this would be great for those PMC-ers that get yelled at because some people say "This is PMC, not an art show myeh". Personally, I think an art page would be wonderful.
