Keeping this up for da memoriez, I already removed the project page. Hardly anything of the information given hereunder is still correct. I am no longer working on this, but I might in the future.

I've moved the project to this blog, because I will soon release a Snapshot featuring the starting area, Havenport, with Npc's and quests and everything you could desire of a minecraft spin-off version of the elder scrolls! Stay tuned for the snapshot!
Yes yes yes... There's some new stuff coming! I have shaped the world more to my liking, and I will return to working much more on it. Betony will be done soon!
Hello my fellow minecrafters and Elder Scrolls lovers.
As most people who played an Elder Scrolls game like Skyrim, or Oblivion know, High Rock is kinda a forgotten province in TES' world of Tamriel, located east of Skyrim and Cyrodill. The last time we heard about it, was Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall! I wanted to bring good ol' High Rock back to life, I wanted to be able to walk around in the world I created, and experience the events I made up...
So I decided to make an entire map of a custom version of High Rock... so not identical to the map of Daggerfall... and put my own story in it!
It takes place about 20 years after Skyrim.
Do note that in this story the Stormcloaks drove the Imperials from Skyrim, the Emperor was murdered by the Dark Brotherhood and the Dawnguard have murdered lord Harkon, leader of the vampires in Skyrim.

-The high crime rates of the city of Daggerfall led to a cleansing of all of the city's guilds (including the Mages Guild, Fighters Guild and a Dawnguard Ambassy). Even the Thieves Guild and the Dark Brotherhood didn't escape from the ruling lord, Lord Vermer. (after king Golthryd's death the empire has been putting powerfull land-owners and lords in control of Daggerfall)
-The vampire crisis of Skyrim has inspired many vampire bloodlines and clans to come back out of their shelter. Anyone could be a vampire...
-The Bretons of High Rock have started to develop more rebellious thoughts against the empire, now its emperor is dead and their area of control is decreasing. Alot of Nords have taken the initiative to travel to High Rock and stimulate their rebellion.
-The orcish city of Orsinium has been haunted by a vile dragon, spawned from the depths of the Soul Cairn.
[Spoiler: it's Durnehviir.] There have been reports of the dragonborn showing up there too. The Orsimer think he is the one who brought this vile monster from the Soul Cairn, and he is now on every wanted poster around Orsinium and Wayrest.
-A mysterious force is controlling the arch-mage of Wayrest. Some say he has a pact with Hermaeus Mora...

The player starts in a town called Havenport, where he/she is being smuggled in the cargo hold of a small ship. The smugglers did not realize that the town of Havenport was no longer the pirate cove and black market it used to be, since the Imperials had established there. The town is obviously very old, it has ruined towers and bridges made of stone, while the market and houses are build out of wood. This is due its extensive, but not well known, history. (wich will be explained in a book.)
There are 4 towers in havenport, long ago they were the corners of a great and mighty stone fortress, built by the Dwemer. However, even before the Dwemer were extinct, they were driven from the fortress and an unknown group of Bretons settled there, and rebuilt some of the damage they had caused. It became their capital and a trading center. Even after those Bretons were long gone, it was a typical trading port. At least, untill pirates decided it was a nice town.
I am looking for some nice ideas and building plans, because the construction takes a long time if you're building without any, and I also have to add all the npc's and quests, wich is going to take even longer. Please help me, I'll subscribe to you etc. etc. !
