water is good for your face, making your nails longer,and hair growth. i dont drink soda to often cause my doctor said its not good for you, so i rarley ever drink it c:

I have been involuntarily slowly stopping drinking soda. My docotor says that 1 soda can a week is more than enough for anyone.
