The Nexus Modification. Apart from the fact that the mod is cool, the name is cooler, and that's what caught my eye and made me write this article in the first place. So anyway, this mod allows you to craft a "special" block that is a Mob-Magnet [meaning that all of the mobs in the game are attracted to THAT BLOCK, including Zombies [with different textures that influence rare drops [that were added in 1.2.2]] Spiders, Skeletons, and, of course, more. But you have to protect it, so you should place this in a castle [with a moat, preferably]. As you protect it, it will produce "Rift Flux". What's so special about that? If you get 3 of them, than you will be able to craft 1 diamond. So, I would say this is one of the best mods ever, if not the best. A little bit of fighting, a little bit of cheating.
