Well, what else should be given? It's not like someone would pay real money to mail a little something.. I guess you get to say that you won a contest? I have no idea. The subscribing part is pretty derpy, I must agree on that. However, not to go against your point, but an interesting prize would be that whoever won has all the other contestants subscribe to their PMC. No diamonds, no favorites, just subs. (Or maybe favorites, not sure.)

Well, as I said below, you could hand out skin requests to the winners, or sponsor them on your Youtube for a period of time, or even put their names on your profile for a week or so! There is more, but it'll be too long to say it here

To me at least, they translate to "Here, work hard to win this contest so that I can reward you by pretending to like your previous work"

Unfortunately, cash prizes are not allowed and gift prizes should be confirmed so as to not cause problems later in life.
