Most at times, texture packs has really introduce people in a new certain way.
Although for new texturepack makers, it's rather common that most new pack makers are not allowed to/clearly states in rules before posting texturepacks or resourcepacks are:
NO UPLOADING
"Texture Packs that someone else created"
"Painterly packs or Remix Texturepacks"
"X-Ray, Inverted or Recolored Packs"
"Single Texture Edits [RAIN, 1 ITEM, 1 MOB, ETC"
All these rules imply to many many [Genaric/Old] members who decide to post and just copy textures.
Although I've been having a job of looking out the new texturepacks that are being created, and out of today, I caught about 5 people that imply's to the rules, some are Stolen textures, or even remakes.
Most people don't even care about the rules, they care most on fame, and free xp, although uploading content
THAT IS NOT YOURS will really get you no where to getting started in the basics. Most deal with remakes of "PVP PACKS" and this packs deal mostly on always getting textures from famous packs such as Sphax or OCD, in fact, I just caught someone today who went and just uploaded the OCD pack, which that person [Can't tell username] clearly did not either read the rules, care the rules, or just went nuts... .-.
Most packs will vary in basic form, such as uploading plain simple content, with no absolute textures edited, nor added and just posting for fun. I rarely call these random TXP or RP with same textures, stolen, etc, to me is considered spam. And most people do this a lot, 90% everyday, and usually I come around once a while to greet people WHO WORK HARD and did there own textures by them selves, wether hand, some people who just taketexture, claims it's there pack, really bugs me or gets me on my nerves, and it's mostly my try to protect PMC and provoke people who don't try there best to make a pack.
I rarely suggest the new TXP or RP makers to please do your own content, It would really help our community a lot.
