Hi again, this is my second guide. This teaches you how to prepare to fight the wither. The wither is a very powerful boss (to most people). It has more health than the ender dragon, but it's attacks does less damage than the ender dragon's.
Attacks:
[old versions of pocket edition]: phase 1: blasts wither skulls at mobs or you. Phase 2: immune to arrows, fires skulls and also dashes at you.
[PC/new pocket edition]: phase 1: fires skulls. Phase 2: immune to arrows and fires skulls at you.
Preparation:
1 enchanted diamond sword (sharpness I)
1 enchanted bow (power I)
128 arrows (2 stacks)
15 golden apples (not enchanted)
Stack of food (preferably steak)
Full enchanted iron or higher tier armour [protection I]
3 stacks of Eggs (to hatch baby chickens which are distractions to the wither)
Enchanted Shield [protection I & unbreaking I]
Your hands (of course; who doesn't need them?!)

Now, for the fight:
Phase 1:
Use your bow, this does plenty of damage to the wither. If it is close to the ground, use ur sword and slice it like a pizza.
Phase 2:
Use your eggs, if you are lucky, many chicks will surround the battlefield. Now get the wither to come down and damage it as hard as you could. (Tip: do not make an arena, withers can even break through obsidian!) in the PC version, use buckets of water, this damages the wither slowly by slowly. Get the nether star and build a beacon!!!!!!
