We have a brand new support system that we've been working on for a few weeks; this will allow us to better track requested features, known bugs/issues, as well as to provide a searchable area for all of this stuff!
It also doubles as a support system; users, both logged in and logged out, can submit support tickets, which are private to them & the staff. This replaces the need to contact our email! If you sent any requests to the Contact form, please re-submit them as support tickets! Note that any business-related tickets will be promptly deleted; business inquiries ALWAYS go through the Contact form.

Is this ticket system also a way to contact PMC staff about certain posts
or users, to get what they have done wrong actually noticed?
Regarding your complaint that you received no response (assuming you mean "nothing was done"), it's most likely that one of three things happened:
1. Your report wasn't valid.
2. Your report was sent to a moderator via PM and it got lost for forgotten about in a sea of PMs (it happens).
3. You didn't include proof (if you were reporting something that needs proof, like theft), so your report was dismissed.
