If you're reading this and you haven't even played the server yet then I have no clue why you're reading this. But if you play the server mc-sabotage.com and you are having trouble then this is for you.

I will start the tips for the server in order from the beginning to the end of the game. At the VERY start you will have the option to /vote for a map to play on. You have 2 maps to choose from, or you can also vote for a random server. When you teleport to the map with the highest votes you will have 30 seconds of immunity to search for chests containing all the following; wood sword, stone sword, iron sword, bow and 32 arrows, or leather armor. To receive any of these random items, simply right click a chest and one will appear in your inventory.

If you happen to find an ender chest, run for it asap. These will contain; leather armor, iron sword, 5 TNT, or a bow and 32 arrows. If you cant get the chests in time you are probably following the crowd. You will want to search near the least amount of people possible to get the most items. When you get some decent items, I suggest to head for the group. If you happen to get armor, you can either wear it right away and draw attention but be ready for a fight, or you could keep it ready in your inventory so when you start fighting you equip it right away. I recommend the first choice if you have a slow computer.

Now back to order. You have 3 possible roles as I explained in my server review "Server Review mc-sabotage.com". Depending on your role you want certain techniques.

INNOCENT: The most common role is the innocent. All roles are picked at random, so don't complain. Everyone has the same chance as you do. Now you must find out who is the sab and take them down. Innocents usually make up the group, so stick with the group. Your fellow friend are other innocents and the detective so find your friends first. Find the inspector machine in every map to aid you in your mission. Right click the sign in red to start the test. After 15 secs, the machine will highlight the nearby wool to your color. Red = sab, Green = Innocents or Inspector. Tell everyone to gather here and test to search out the sab. Do this throughout the game and you might find the few sabs. But know this, as sabs they will avoid this place. Be aware of those who stay away or run off, refuse to test, or will only test once.

SABOTEUR: Your not gonna kill anyone if you don't have good weapons, don't be afraid to wander off, just don't act suspicious, such as stalking people. As sab, others' name tags will highlight with what role they are. Always remember Red= Sab, Green = Innocent, Blue = Detective. As a sab, you're not gonna take everyone out on your own. This is where your friend sabs come in. Find them, stay in a group, and hunt everyone down, one by one. Do this, and I almost guarantee victory.Watch out for the inspector machine, you'll want to destroy it. Use your /shop to buy Surprise! (2 choice). The shop costs karma, so don't spend too much. Use the surprise to place an explosive chest that will explode when right clicked. Place this right under the red sign and right click it to set it off. Do it when no one is around, so they don't see or suspect you. If you have enough karma to spend, use Invisibility and then Surprise! to secretly blow up the inspector. Watch out for the detective, they have a shop option to right click one person to see if they are sab or innocent. Kill the detective to help you out a bit.

DETECTIVE: All your innocent pals need you. Your special skill is the shears, which allow you to check dead bodies. In a moment, a message will pop up saying whether they were sab or innocent. This helps you narrow down the number of sabs dead and to seek out lies. If someone says they killed a sab, or an inno, your able to prove or disprove this by searching the one they killed.Other than that, you have the same role as a innocent. Just watch out for suspicious people.

Everyone has karma for doing the right thing, such as killing the right people or winning the game. Use the karma in /shop to help you out. Everyone but the inspector gets a glass bottle, when used on a person by right clicking, a message will pop up. There is always something about blood, but if it is dry they didn't kill anyone. If there is lots or fresh blood, they have recently killed someone. Other than that, everything is up to you to win. Have fun!
