I`ve wanted to upload something other than skins for a while now, and I`ve always enjoyed mods. So I thought "why not try making one of those blog things?" So here I am, doing it! Since this is my first, it had to be Minecraft related!
5: Pixelmon: As some of you may know, I LOVE Pokémon (mostly the games), and this mod is really good at capturing how it is to play Pokémon, but making it fit more into the style Minecraft has. But this mod comes with a prize, with all these "pocket monsters" running around your world, it can make some lag... (for me, atleast), and it also kinda distracts me from doing stuff like mining... Still, it`s a very fun mod, even better when you have friends to play/compete with!
4: More player models: This may be a really random choice, but I can`t deny how fun it is to play around with! I love how you can change your model`s shape, making your body giant, and then having a tiny head! There`s not that much more to say, it`s just tons of fun to play around with!
3: Secret rooms/ Securitycraft: These two mods remind me so much of each other, that it was almost impossible to place them apart, so I put them together! These are amazing to use in adventure maps, (or just troll your friends with exploding furnaces).
2: Ars Magica (2): This mod is awesome, using it to fight against friends or work together, it is just fun to use all the powers! I like how it was much more original than just: "Lightning magic means that a lightning strikes a nearby mob" it`s good to see somebody being original with mods dealing with elemental magic.
1: Custom NPCs: One of the most useful, fun and interesting mods I`ve ever used! You can do so much with this: Make bosses for yourself, set up shops, make a town that`s not filled with ugly squid-people, Make your own monsters to fight, Having someone to fight with you/heal you and much, much more! If that`s not enough, the maker has put in tons of textures and models for you to use, for example, some of the models include: Endermen, human males and females, Furry males and females, dragons, ponies/horses, villagers, crystals and golems! You can customise the sounds, attack pattern, strengths, speed, health, if the burn in the sun, if they can swim, dialogs, quests and so much more!
Anyway, I hope you liked my choices, and if you got any favourites I`d love hear them!
