1.if you get trolled don't get all worked up and flag the guy and send him nasty pm's it'll just waste your time
2.it can be very hard to spot a troll for example an obvious troll is a post that's just to good to be true or a post that doesn't make any sense for example DO U LIKE CHEZE don't be fooled!
3.if some one keeps trolling you repeatedly on your posts don't just delete the comment click delete and add to ignore list
