I just made this skin "Blinkey" from Pacman.
When I click upload file, it says
"Found transperency, fix or upload another skin. Skin shows black ingame."
I have proof above that it doesn't. Look at the picture whoever made up that thing!
This is a simple skin that is BLINKEY FROM PACMAN. I WANT TO UPLOAD IT. IT WON'T WORK BECAUSE ONE OF THE MODERATORS PUT NO TRANSPERENCY RULE ON PMC. HELP!!!!!!!
