[TUT] How to add custom colours to Gui - Pop Reel 1.6.2!

How to mod Minecraft Main Menu

Requirements

>Winrar Or Anyother Zip programme
>Minecraft
>A Brain...
 >Notepad++
in the end it should look Something like this

1) Open up "%appdata%"
2) open the ".minecraft" folder and then go to "versions" folder then 1.6.2 folder then open the 1.6.2.jar
3) Now in the jar open "assets" folder then open "minecraft" folder when assets folder has opened

Delete the "META-INF" Folder

4) Now that you have that open click on lang then click on the file that is there, this is whats there for me

5) open that with notepad++ then edit the things you like then save it

ok so you want to edit from lines "15-30" to add color you need to put at the beginning of the text E.G "menu.singleplayer=§6Singleplayer" <---- This would make the singleplayer text at the menu gold

8) Put that for any of the text on any line just remember to put it at the start of the = you can edit any line from 1-to desired but i wanted to do the main menu
9) Done Now you have a coloured Gui

I like the TUT sadly i cant see colors so it is pointless to me :P

(I would have said color blind but that means something else)

you need a jar thats allready modded you edit the things in that jar
