(NOTE this will only work 1.6.1+, so if you are running an older version, this will probably not work).

The Steps:

1: Find your music (ANOTHER NOTE, I am not responsible for any pirated music you add, just remember, its not alright)

2: GetAudacity(its free ^-^)

3: Open Audacity and open your Music in it

4: Export it as an OGG file

5: Rename it the record IN GAME you want it to be

6: Create an empty .ZIP file (using either 7ZIP or Winrar)

7: Paste the OGG files into the .ZIP (3RD NOTE, do not zip the OGG files, but paste them into an empty .ZIP, or else it won't work)

8: Open up the Resource Packs folder in .minecraft

9: Paste the .ZIP into the Resource Packs folder

10: Open Minecraft and Enjoy!!!

(4th NOTE, This process will work if you want to make a resource pack, only use textures in paint.NET and do the same thing with the .ZIP folder)

I don't think you have to add C418, as this new music is not composed by C418. Also, Pigstep is composed by Lena Raine, and says "Now Playing: Lena Raine - Pigstep", so I think you're fine.

This method worked two years ago, and the inner-workings of the game have changed a lot. So, it might not work now.

Does this make a new disk? Or make it a default song?
