I am in no way trying to badmouth Cyprezz, that must be understood.
With that out of the way, I can begin:
Ok, let me ask you all a question you should know. Who is Cyprezz? Cyprezz is that famous site admin, the cyborg we all hope to get a sub from one day. He is the man who made PMC, and allows us to be a community.
But, as I was browsing through the blogs today, i saw yet another "PMC is in a bad state blog", y'know complaining about the lack of good people and too many bad trolls on PMC. I thought to myself "Someone should really try and fix it".
Then I realized, there is Cyprezz. He has (probably) seen the countless blogs about fixing PMC, and yet I have seen no change. I'm not saying he is a bad admin, at all, I think Cyprezz is great for inventing PMC, and has made it a great website. All I wanna know is, "Cyprezz, you see us complaining, are you going to do something?"
Cyprezz must notice the major amount of stolen skins and useless blogs, but I don't see it being changed. Frankly, I don't care if anything is changed, I would just like to know that Cyprezz hears us and cares about us. As site admin, he should tell us what he thinks, if he will change anything, and if he needs ideas. (And if Cyprezz needs ideas it is not bad, he is a human like us, he doesn't have to be perfect)
Personally, I feel the solution is to have more mods. Think about it, the mods say they get to much work to take care of all the flags they get each day, and that is perfectly understandable. BUT... if there were more mods, less work for each mod, and a more productive way of getting rid of stolen things.

I just know this is good website and someone is to thank for it
I just want him to tell us his plans, so we know, and we are not left in the dark. And if he is not doing anything or doesn't want to be, that is fine too. I just want to hear from him more, thats all.
It boils down to: not your problem, he'll get round to it when he does, IF he does, and if you don't like it feel free to go make your own site. Lord knows how complicated it is just keeping this damned site working as it, let alone adding all these new features people want.
More mods? Even though there are dozens of blogs complaining there are too many mods now? And even more complaining there aren't enough!! Why not just realise no matter what there will be someone who complains, so sod it and do what you want? That's what I'd do. You're luck if Cyprezz hasn't got to that point yet.

- He comments on things ON the site, in which case he wastes loads of his own time doing that OR
- He writes something like an update blog, which means either he wastes loads of time doing that, or had people complain when he doesn't include something.
Think of him wanting to add, say, a new filter for skins that filters out crap (magically, I don't know...). He can't "just do it", so he has to make something that'll do it form him. If he tells everyone that's what he's doing, and then there's a problem and it doesn't work, everyone is disappointed. If he does it, and it doesn't work, nobody will know or get annoyed. If he does it and it DOES work, he can announce it and all is good.NOT keeping a running commentary saves him time, and us grievance.

I just want to know that he is still out there really, and wants PMC to get better.His last public blog was 6 months ago (pretty sure, at least) Can't he tell us what he did to improve the site in all that time?
But I am beginning to see your point much better, although I still don't believe this is whiny.
