This world is a divided place. There is still conflict between many nations and groups of people. However, I think that us humans can learn to accept and tolerate everybody else regardless of cultural differences. Then, we may once and for all achieve world peace.
You may be wondering How this relates to minecraft. It is simple. This amazing game and the wonderful community that sprung up around it spans the entire planet. As a result many cultures have collided. All these people with different backgrounds and lives can get together and be friends because of one game. I have noticed that minecraft is one of the nicest and accepting fandoms out there. You will be accepted no matter your race, religion, sexuality, gender, or age. Sure there is some conflict but, overall I would say it is a very nice group to be apart of.
I for one, have talked to people online from all over the world.
I live in the US and i have met people from all around Europe, the Middle-East, Asia, Australia, and South America. I have many new friends thanks to this game. We all have very different lifestyles but we can still get along. I will leave you with this question: If something as small as a game can bring people from all around the world together, what could something bigger do for the world?
