Here, I have made a chunk loader in vanilla Minecraft. I'm going to show you how to make one and guide you through the simple process. This will require snapshot 14w30c or above. BTW, If you are too far away from the chunk loader, you can't hear its annoying lightning sounds. You can also place this chunk loader anywhere you want, and it will still load the chunk.
