We Love You Staff! <3
'Sup Guys, "Cobby" here (Thanks InvincibleJoshua for the nickname!),Recently I have had a few conversations with my mates about PlanetMinecraft, and the staff. My friends started complaining about the "lack" of effort that the staff members are putting into the website. I actually agreed with them for a bit, but it didn't take me time to realize that it isn't that much of a deal.
Complaining about lack of work and effort staff are putting into the website... Trust me, if they weren't putting much effort into their job, would they even have the job? If they didn't do their job, they would have the job. So if they have the rank, they are using it to the best ability.
Look, moderators are normal people. They aren't robots, they aren't technological, they are real, legitimate people, and respect that. People have lives, and just because they are moderator doesn't mean they have to be on at 3 in the morning making sure everything is okay. They are allowed to sleep, go to school, and actually live like normal people. So why is it their fault if the submission you reported isn't removed? It is by no means anyone’s fault. They are trying their hardest to make this a safe, lovely, joyful website for everyone to chat to friends, post their creations and opinions. So no point complaining to them that they aren't doing their job, because they are.
Why complain? What if this website had no moderators at all? It would be full of blogs with cuss words, spam and random junk everywhere. The website looks tidy, because they are doing their job. Sure it isn't spotless, but they can't do that. They are trying the best they can, so why blame them if there is perhaps, lets say a few spam posts in the article section of the blogs. Love them for what they do, and respect them.
So, think twice before complaining about staff, because they deserve as much love as they could possibly receive. We all need to thank them for making this website a family friendly environment. PMC couldn’t be any better without them.

My whole point is that this website is developed to the point where it doesn't need anything added. It already covers just about anything you would need it to.
