Before you start you will need the following. Will need to download them.(Link with them)
List Of things:
7.Zip or Win rar :http://www.7-zip.org/download.html(Download .exe)
Download/Extract location : You will need to find this yourself (It's easy)
Now we start.
1. Find the map you want that has a .rar (Example):http://www.minecraftworldshare.com/Maps.aspx
2. Find the file in your folder.
3. When you locate the file do open->Open with-> 7 manager
4. When you have it open extract it to a file or into the minecraft saves folder.
5. When you got all that done. You're done! You just got a file out of .rar in 4 easy steps!
