Cyprezz should add the following into Planet Minecraft
Well Cyprezz if you read this list I think you need to add these as PMC is a fast growing community. If you need any help in creating anyone of these Tools I am there to help you.
Others keep reading this post cause I am going to update it.
Moderation
1. Aksimet :- Cyprezz should add this into Planet Minecraft's v-bulletin system.
What does this do? Well it is a auto-forum moderation tool which takes the power of a forum moderator and moderates users post. It provides instant-reaction time to moderation and is quick and easy to use.
I am not saying that forum moderators are useless but I mean that this will provide instant-reaction time to moderation. Yet there are some posts which cannot be moderated by Akismet and so we need Forum moderator to moderate posts.
2. Personal Message Moderation :- This is a bit tough one. If Cyprezz is good with database and php then it can be done in no problem.
What it does?
Well whenever any PM is sent to any user in PMC this tool will scan the Message and detect if it is against the rules of Planetminecraft and gives a warning or ban to the user.
What is the need for database? :- It will contain the list of words which the tool will use to identify the PM if it is against the rules and regulations.
What is the need for php? :- Well it is used for developing the tool, recovering the list of banned words, detecting with the PM's and taking required action.
How will it help? I personally received two messages from 2 PMC's new users asking me for my personal information. With this tool in place it can block these PM's and if needed give a BAN or PermaBAN to the users.
3. Mod Section Moderation :- Here Mods mean modification and not moderators.
What does it do? :- Well it moderates the Mods Section of PMC. Whenever a PMC user found anything mod stolen, illegal etc. They can Flag the post and send it either to the Mod Section Moderation or to one of the mods.
If sent to the Mod Section Moderation the user should have to send the original users name, and link to the page.
When sent the Mod Section Moderation will compare the data with other PMC users flags against the post and auto-moderates the post.
Defects are :- 1.) Only some PMC users sent flags against a post to a mod. We can say out of every 1000 who viewed the post only 1 - 5 flag the post.

PMC Desktop
PMC Desktop is a application with which a PMC user can download the application and install it into the system and view the mods, blogs of PMC. I recently worked on such a tool but a moderator removed it saying its a phishing attempt
How does it help? :- PMC users can browse mods in PMC and download and install with one click of a button. They can auto install skins and can even upload files to PMC without the need for access the PMC website.

Other
1. New Member Moderation :- When a new member joins PMC he might verify his account and after 1 month forget about PMC. Well this will severely affect the database of PMC and cause PMC to load slowly. Even the database pruning cannot work here.
Active User :- If a user verifies and posts atleast once or browses atleast one post he is considered an active user.
What will it do? :- If a user does not login to his account after verification he is sent a message to his email to login or his account will be terminated.
The table below will give you a brief description of amount of time given to each member
User does not verify the account - Time Period given 1 week
User verifies the account and is a active user for atleast 1 week - Time Period given 1 month
User verifies the account and is a active user for 1 month - Time Period given 3 months
User verifies the account and is a active user for 1 year - Time Period given 6 months
User verifies the account and is a active user for 1+ years - Time Period given (Well in this case he a loyal
member of PMC and is given 12 months)
2. Built-in Virus scanner :- Whenever any PMC user uploads any file into PMC it will be first scanned by the PMC scanner. If any threat is detected it will warn the user and delete the virus.
How will it help ? :- Reduces the number of flags from PMC users saying in a post that the mod is a virus. It will also protect PMC from PSEA (Php Server Exploit Attack). This is one of the most dangerous attacks and I see that PMC cannot protect from such attacks.
3. Personal Chat System (Extended) :- A Personal Chat system where people can talk privately to one another without others knowing. Also people can hold conferences which is not in the present Chat.
4. Donate Button :- Now everyone knows what a donate button is and what it does? Well the problem is I can't find one!
5. Emoticons :- Emoticons are posters best friend. Cyprezz the posters in PMC will be happy if you add Emoticons in the Mods section of PMC.
6. Seed Section :- Many people are asking about some popular seeds yet I see many of them do not respond. So I think a Seed Section is perfect in PMC.
It will consists of some pictures of the game, seed and Minecraft Version.

Some people(most of them) just look at the level or position of the member and download it BLINDLY.
The program maybe a new variant of virus. It may bring back Downadup one of the worlds dangerous virus.

Personal messages that violate rules should be sent to a moderator, but IMO, they aren't that severe, so we don't need to add anything to their moderation.
Currently conferences cannot be done in current chat.
