It takes a lot to build a city you need skills like building, creativity, and even be intelligent to build a city. Most City's need roads, buildings, houses, shops, subways. You need to think of a lot when laying those first blocks in a city like where's the road going to go or how does this house look. Some may get bored of building and never finish others will finish in days or weeks. I recommend when building a city to look and modern city's today and see what they have and apply it to your city your building. Everyone has a different view on how a city should look.
