In minecraft I think there should be a command to make new commands in your world/server, like [/command (command name) (ability)  (coordinates/player)] example:  /command smite lightning 42 63 84 or something so whenever you do /smite it fires lightning at 42 63 84 unless you remove the command using say /command smite remove, anyways this would be really helpful if they were to add this in minecraft, on servers you could only let opped players use it and it could be used for so many things.

Have its abilities be like:  lightning, set fire, teleport, or even possibly fill health or hunger, making new commands would make server management much easier and with the powertool plugin you could set them to items, this would be much better then having to install tons of plugins for servers and mods for singleplayer.
