Hello everyone! Recently, I have worked on a few servers, and noticed that their staff was all messed up. This is waht I think the groups should be, and what they do.

Helper:

• When staff memebr is not there, they help players with problems they can handle without commands.
  

Moderator:

• Keeps players in order
  
• Manages chat
  
• Enforces rules
  

Administrator:

• Works on server side problems
  
• Fixes server
  

Developer:

• Creates plugins
  
• Website
  

Co-Owner:

• Does everything Owner does, but has to have permission from owner for some things
  

Owner:

• Manages everything, plugins, players, and all the staff teams. 
  
• Works with hosting
  

Just so I don't get yelled at, this is just my opinion! This is just what I've pickedd up on after a few years of hosting servers.
