Hello everyone, AnimeFanFTW here, and today, I had another brainstorm.

So Pokemon, right? Legendary RPG series made by Game Freak, has sold millions of copies, and was responsible for the massive rise of handheld gaming. It's a great game series.
undefined

Filled with interesting characters, great gameplay, brillient soundtracks, and so many different Pokemon to collect and battle with. I mean heck, there is a total of 721 of the little guys, and that's not even including the different forms (which, by the way, is roughly 4,294,967,295 different forms. Blame Spinda, and its billions of different spot patterns.)

But out of those 721, some are more powerful then others. And some can be quite dangerous. But I thought about this one simple question: What's the most dangerous Pokemon? So today, I'm going to help all you Pokemon players and Pixelmon players by listing some of the most dangerous, along with some science-y facts and stuff. So enjoy. :3
________________________________________________________________________
So let's start out with something small, Pokemon #293: Whismur.
undefined

Its Pokedex entry in Emerald says: Its cries equal a jet plane in volume. It inhales through its ear canals. Because of this system, it can cry continually without having to catch its breath.
That means that Whismur is capable of continuously screaming at the same volume as a jet plane.

undefined

Jet planes are capable of reaching sounds of up to 140dB (Decibals). At that range, even listening to it for a short time results in alot of pain, and can cause permanent damage with no ear protection. So although Whismur can't really kill you, it can certainly make you deaf with no problems.

But that's baby stuff, let's get into some real dangerous ones. With Pokemon #219, Magcargo.
undefined
Magcargo seems like an innocent fire snail, but its Sapphire Pokedex entry reveals this: Magcargo's body temperature is approximately 10,000 degrees C. Water is vaporized on contact. If this Pokémon is caught in the rain, the raindrops instantly turn into steam, cloaking the area in a thick fog.

10,000 degrees C sounds really hot, but to put that into perspective, MAGCARGO IS ALMOST TWICE AS HOT AS THE SURFACE OF THE SUN.
undefined
The suns surface is 5,505 degrees C, so pretty much, Magcargo is basically 2 suns in the form of a snail. If it were to exist, you wouldn't be able to go near it, because everything in a long radius would melt, or burst into flames, and just cause havoc. Heck, you wouldn't be able to see him. 10,000 degrees C is so much energy, Magcargo would be a extremely bright and shining white light. So yeah. Imagine this thing using Solar Beam?
undefined

Now let's look for some raw power, with Pokemon #68, Machamp.
undefined
To prove how powerful this Pokemon is, I will need two Pokedex entries, one from Yellow, and one from FireRed.
Yellow: One arm alone can move mountains. Using all four arms, this Pokémon fires off awesome punches.
FireRed: Its four ruggedly developed arms can launch a flurry of 1,000 punches in just two seconds.
So basically, Machamp can move a mountain with one arm, and can punch you 500 times in one second. With those two Pokedex entries, it makes Machamp incedably strong. Each arm would be capable of punching 125 times a second, and each arm is capable of moving a mountain (which, by the way, the average weight of a normal one is 100 billion tonnes) So if for some reason, 500 mountain-sized objects were to fly at Machamp, Machamp would be able to stop them all in 1 second. Now, for some math.

100 billion x 500 = 50 trillion.

So basically, Machamp has the power to stop 50 trillion tonnes flying towards him in just 500 punches, in 1 second. That is insanely powerful! And not only that, Machamp would use so much energy and calories punching that fast, it would have used up to at least 1800 Quarter Pounders. Not even John Cena has that much power. Unless...
undefined

Now let's talk about a Pokemon you would never think could make this list. Pokemon #88: Grimer
undefined
Now I know what you're thinking: How could this thing be dangerous? It's just a slow slimy thing. But the Gold Pokedex reveals it's shocking secret: As it moves, it loses bits of its body from which new Grimer emerge. This worsens the stench around it.
Pretty much, Grimer is the Pokemon equivalent of a zombie. Meaning if left to grow, one Grimer could turn into hundreds, and those hundreds will grow into thousands, and those thousands will grow into millions, and so on. But even then, what harm could it do? It's not like it's an actual zombie. But what about its evolved form, Muk?

undefined
If you were to stumble across Muk's Pokemon Y pokedex entry, it tells you this: A toxic fluid seeps from its body. The fluid instantly kills plants and trees on contact.

This changes everything. If Muk is capable of killing plants and trees on contact, I don't see any problems seeing Grimer doing it as well, since they are made of the same substance. Now imagine millions of Grimer around the world, multiplying, and killing plants and trees everywhere they go. All of a sudden, you have a sweeping plant killer, that can multiply by simply walking. It wouldn't take long for Grimer to overwhelm the human population, and travel to every corner of the Earth, killing all vegetation whereever they go. If they were to kill all vegetation, no plants would provide oxygen for the earth. Although the earth has alot of oxygen stored in its atmosphere, so no-one would die of lack of oxygen immediately. But with no plants, no Herbivores would be able to eat, and will die. With all herbivores being dead, all carnivores will have a really hard time eating. It wouldn't help that the ground would probably be covered in poison, and all animals would be covered in it, making all food contaminated. Grimer would completely destroy the food chain, and the ecosystem. All living things would have a really hard time surviving for long. Grimer truly is a virus.
undefined

But what's worse then Grimer? How about Pokemon #717, Yveltal?
undefined
This legendary bird Pokemon of Pokemon Y has a frankly alarming pokedex entry in Y: When its life comes to an end, it absorbs the life energy of every living thing and turns into a cocoon once more.

Basically, if it dies, it absords all living things, and turns into a cacoon to be re-born. I will repeat, IT ABSORDS ALL LIVING THINGS WHEN IT DIES. NOTHING LIVES!
Although, I get the feeling it wouldn't kill ALL living things. Think about it. Look at Pokemon #493, Arceus.

undefined
Arceus is pretty much the god of Pokemon. It created the universe. Now, if I was a god, what would be the last thing you would make to go with your new universe? How about A POKEMON THAT KILLS EVERYTHING IF IT DIES! I get the feeling that if Yveltal were to die, it would kill all living things on the planet, and not all life in the universe. It seems too ridiculous. And even then, even if it were capable of killing all life ever, I wouldn't see Yveltal dying anytime soon. It is a legendary Pokemon, and in a fight, its signature move, Oblivion Wing, heals it based on how much damage it does. And since it's a legendary, it hits hard. So I wouldn't expect it to bite the bullet quickly.
undefined

So, I hear you ask, what is truly the most dangerous Pokemon ever? In my opinion, the most dangerous Pokemon ever, would have to be Pokemon #282: Gardevoir
undefined
Yep, everyone's favorite waifu is also the most dangerous. But how? How can it be more dangerous then Yveltal, a Pokemon that absords every living thing when it takes a dirt nap? Well, take a look at its Sapphire entry: GARDEVOIR has the psychokinetic power to distort the dimensions and create a small black hole. This POKéMON will try to protect its TRAINER even at the risk of its own life.

Gardevoir is so dangerous, because it can create the most powerful thing in the universe: A black hole.

A black hole is basically a region of space that has a gravitational field so intense that no matter or radiation can escape it. Not even the fastest thing in the universe, light (299,792,458 m/s), can escape a black hole. Black holes generally are born when the center of a very massive star collapses in upon itself, which causes a supernova. No-one knows what is through a black hole, but what we do know is that NOTHING escapes it, and you will probably not live if you go through one.
undefined

Now remember when I said that nothing can escape a black hole? Well, black holes also grow. Black holes grow the more things it absords, no matter how small it is. Now let's say a Gardevoir made a black hole to defend its trainer. Almost immediately, everything around it will get sucked into it, and grow. Now let's say the Gardevoir didn't disable its black hole fast enough and was sucked up? Well, nothing can stop it. The black hole will engulf the earth, and the Solar System would disappear soon after. Gardevoir is capable of galaxy-level destruction.

So yeah. I would reccomend you treat the waifu with respect.

I had fun making this. It's always interesting finding out different stuff. Plus, you know, it's interesting to see what Game Freak will get away with, with all of these insane Pokedex entries. xD

I'd like to hear what Pokemon you think is the most dangerous. :D

Until the next blog...
