Well, I Wanted To Start A Minecraft Server A Long Time Ago, I Did One Back Then When Minecraft Was 1.3.2 And I Didnt Know How To Port Foward, But I Made It And I Didnt Know What To Do Next...I Made It But Other People Could Not Get On It, So I Started To Look For Solutions For This Problem.. I Did All The Steps To How To Port Foward And I Port Foward It I Used My Ip For The Server It Didnt Work....Recently These Days, I Figured That If People Cant Enter With The IP You Need To USe The Public IP Adress

Did you already port foward? if you did just search public ip adress and use that ip to give it to other pple so they can conect

so do i port forward with the ipv4 or whaterver to port forward then use the public ip addres for my ip?

no, use the public ip adress so people can join use your ip for the server
