Why do Minecraft skin arms and legs have to be the same?

Okay something has been bugging me lately I really want to make a Two-Face skin you know the guy from Batman but I can't because the arms and legs on a Minecraft skin are the same you know. Anyways I wrote this so I could figure out how. So PLEASE Subscribe, comment, favorite, and help me get the emails for Mojang.
