Why do people skin steal? It's annoying. No one likes stolen skins. It's just a pain in the rear for moderators to have to remove stolen skins ALL THE TIME. So why do people steal skins? To annoy people. No. Because they think their stuff isn't good enough, so they take other's work and say it's theirs. I mean seriously. WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM?! You think skin stealing is O.K. because you rename it and change, what, 2 pixels? No. It is NEVER ok to steal. PERIOD. Make your own work skin stealers. Don't take the work of others. How would you feel if someone took your hard work and claimed it as theirs. Annoying, isn't it?

So stop being the pests that steal skins and make moderators work harder than they already have to and GET A LIFE.
