I know all of us have thought about this at one time, Jeb even said he wanted to do it in a Tweet about a year ago.When you had all your stuff written in you just added a temporary user name because you thought you could change it later.From what I've noticed this is just about every body's story with making there Minecraft Username.
What Would The Advantages Be
~Say if you wanted to start doing something like YouTube, but your YouTube user name was different than
your Minecraft Username, you could then change it.
~If you got your Minecraft when you were Younger, and you named something childish, you could then change it to something else so you aren't embarrassed.
~Mojang could take this as a chance to make money and charge like a Dollar for one time, then it could give you a 30 minute cooldown time, so if you desside you dont like you name, you could have a chance to change it before the 30 minutes end.
The Disadvantages
~If someone Hacked your Minecraft they could Change your Username.
