What is Youtube Partnership ?
Youtube Partner Program is a revenue-sharing program that allows creators and producers of original content to earn money from their videos on YouTube. You can earn revenue from relevant advertisements that run against your videos using Googleo s proprietary technology. The program is free to join and is based on cost-per-impression advertising.
Youtube Networks.
Youtube Networks are channels which are partnered with Youtube itself and they are allowed to give full partnerships to other channels if they Joined the network.
Which Network should i join ?
Based on my experience i find Socialblade and RPM Network the easiest networks to get into.
Socialblade
Social Blades network I would say is pretty dang easy to get into. If you have a constant flow of about 3000 views for 3 days straight you should be able to apply with them.
90% You'll get accepted
They don't look at your subscribers.
RPM
They work with Makerstudio , you need minimum 100 subs and 2.5k views per month.
Not hard to join

What are the benefits of being a partner ?
There a lot of benefits of being a partner , one of them that you will get paid on every ad. supported view you get.
- You will get a channel banner and ability to include links on your Youtube background
-Video thumbnails to attract more viewers
- If with RPM , Free Access to RoyalityFree Music ( Most stuff there are worth $29 per song )
-Youtube Dashboard
