WITCH ZOMBIES!!
Villagers change to zombie villagers if they get killed by a zombie, So why should witches not change in to a witch zombie? Just like villagers they should change into a zombie.

When a zombie attacks the witch, she can't defend herself because the potions she throws heal the zombie. When the witch is killed by the zombie, she becomes very powerful because the harming potions she throws, heals her now. The zombie witches can be turned back to normal witches by throwing a splash potion of weakness onto her, and then give her a normal golden apple, just like the process off healing zombie villagers.
When you healed the witch she doesn't attack you anymore with various attack potions, she heals you by throwing splash potions of healing at you! A healed witch doesn't heal you unlimited, after throwing around 30 splash potions of healing at you, she won't heal you anymore.
How does this improve Minecraft?
It makes the game more realistic, Witches aren't immune to zombie infections in real life (untested :3). The game play will also improve, you can now have a witch in your house that heals you!
