When I use the command /datapack list, it isn't listed.
Any ideas? I really dislike Enderman picking up my blocks. :(
It seems the datapack makes Enderman rarer as well, which is not what I want at all.
I hope you're able to look into this issue.

The datapack doesn't remove blocks from endermans it prevents them from picking them up so the endermans could've gotten those blocks before you enabled the datapack.
