Diamonds = Luck
Netherite = Resistance
I think this is better instead of completely getting rid of luck..
first of all if its possible maybe these could add resistances/proficiency in certain things. like lapis could increase enchantability of the armor, but if warn lowers the enchant freshhold for anvils by like 20% per bit worn.
Amethyst could have magic resistance.
Gold would be obvious, it just makes piglins not aggro.
diamond should increase armor count, or durability, while netherite should do the opposite(pick which does what)
redstone should make redstone components glow around you (IE redstone vision) maybe speed? like in tinkers.
i think copper should soak up water damage, like an aquatic themed ability of some sort. maybe as a side effect it increases the change to be struck by lightning. which causes a supercharge ability
and change you can update?
oh and while I loved the custom effect (riding and XP gain) can ya make a non custom version?
that way if an update breaks it again I can just edit it with NP++ for personal usage.
