    To make it work on 1.21 and later, you need to unzip the datapack and rename the "blocks" folder to "block" instead (in awhipacks-anti-enderman-grief\data\minecraft\tags). Just to be sure, i also changed the pack format from "3" to anything later than "43" in the "pack.mcmeta" file. Hope this helps :)
