In update 1.17 were added this feature: shulker box now drops all of its contents when destroyed if it was in the form of a dropped item.
This datapack makes exactly the same.
No need in this datapack in versions 1.17+
Edit: Sorry, haven't tested in other versions besides 1.16.5. But it should work.
