This datapack requires BONE Engine for Custom Items.
Simply install that pack alongside this one.

NOTE: This Datapack was created to be used with Skyblock, so it might be a little over-powered for Vanilla survival. Still very fun, and a mod-sized datapack.

This datapack adds 9 new bee variants that can spawn in your world. Bees have a 33% chance of spawning as one of these variants.

They act pretty much exactly the same as regular bees, except they can pollenate regular azaleas (the ones without flowers)
If the first flower they pollenate out of their Hive is an Azalea, the Azalea will turn into a Flowering Azalea according to the bee type.
To harvest the Azalea flowers, right-click on the Flowering Azalea's stem with shears. You will get an item related to that category.
If they return to a Beehive that has an upwards-facing barrel underneath it, then they will put some loot in the barrel (Only if their Beehive is completely full)

Due to lag reasons, if there are 10 of the Custom Bees loaded in the world, no more will spawn. This can be fudged to have big Beesource farms by putting bees into Beehives, but you have to do it intentionally and I don't recommend it. It can also be changed in the Function files.



I will probably make a video about this soon but I think it's a fun little datapack. I made it as a part of a bigger datapack for Skyblock, but thought it was nice enough to release on its own.
