This datapack lets you right-click crops to harvest, compost more items, bone meal sugar cane and till the ground with your fist.

Punching full grown crops will disable right-click harvesting for a minute. Right-click harvesting will always replant the crop.
You can now compost poisonous potatoes, dead bushes and bamboo. Using a hopper does not work.
You can now bone meal sugar cane. You have to bone meal the top block.
You can enable tilling with your fist by looking straight up and crouching, then selecting the option in chat. It can be disabled by looking up and crouching.

I would not recommend using this on a server with many players because it will lag.
