Yes I have, does it need to be unzipped, zipped, or does that even matter?

This is probably too late to be useful, but you have to unzip it and then take the folder inside that, and put that in your datapacks folder. You then can delete the empty unzipped folder.

Yeah, I wish I would've known that then. I've just updated to 1.15.2 but thank you for the tip, I'll remember that for future reference.
