It's Spooktober, the spookiest time of the year. Fellow skeletons and calcium lovers, I have created a magnificent dootapack. The dootiest dootapack ever! The Doot Doot Dootapack! Mr. Skeltal's Favorite!

Every 1/10 skeletons will turn into Mr. Skeltal, the dootiest skeleton. Every 20 seconds, Mr. Skeltal will doot with his trumpet, causing damage and playing a doot sound effect.

I figured out why it doesn't work and made it work. Inside the data pack and resource pack, all the pack's contents are contained in a folder called "doot." That format is invalid, so you have to take all of the contents out of "doot," and put it in the beginning part of the .zip archive.
