Fire Potion is thing that sets nearby entities (note: not players) on fire for few seconds. Fire Potion is craftable splash potion (note: if you get yourself Fire Potion that isnt splashable somehow it wont work).

Make that also players would be affected by the potion, so we need to be careful with it (like with instant damage potion)

I was actually making a datapack about this when I stumbled across this (which is a bit annoying), but I soon realised adding a way to set players on fire is nearly impossible as the /data modify command does not work on players.
