Throw a chestplate and an elytra on an anvil and as long as you have 30 levels it will turn into a "Glider." It will turn into an elytra while you're in the air and then revert back to a chestplate once you land.

Doesn't work.

Netherite straight up does NOT work.

Diamond SEEMS to work at first but when you equip the transformed chestplate it turns into an elytra BUT it doesn't change back when you're on land.

Same for the Diamond Chestplate that got the glider enchant and THEN upgraded to Netherite.

that's because its for 1.15, not 1.16.

Please make a tutorial on this, I have no clue how to use it. I put the datapack in the world, the world is in 1.15.2, but the glider enchantment does not show up in enchanted book form in the creative inventory, and I tried enchanting level 30 enchant multiple times with a diamond chestplate, yet it still doesn't come!

Currently there's no way to make it show up in the creative inventory, and even if there was the way you make a glider is different than normal enchantments. Basically, you have to get a chestplate and an elytra and throw both of them on top of an anvil. That'll get you a chestplate with the "Glider" enchantment.

It doesn't work! Does it require other data packs to run? You have provided zero information about how to install etc!

I cannot get this to work.. it's also causing items that are put in the player-inventory crafting menu to disappear. Not sure why the second part is happening, but it is.
