This datapack allows you to edit signs using book and quills. It also allows for custom colors, italic text, bold text, strikethrough text and obfuscated text if you know how.

How to edit: FIrst, right click the sign with the book and quill in your mainhand. This will put the text in the book. Open the book and quill and edit. It is in json format. If you don't know how to use json format, just put the text in quotations (""). To write the text to the sign, put the book and quill in your offhand and right click the sign again. The text will be put on the sign.

If you are using this on a server admins should not click the signs that may have been tampered with.
