This pack adds Marshall the town rat as a new mob/pet (inspired from Joel Haver's skit "Playing an RPG for the first time").

He can be found in Strongholds, and is hostile at first. Throw him a compass to tame him.

When tamed, he becomes your companion, follows you wherever you go, and helps you take down enemies.


This is multiplayer compatible, however at the moment only 1 Marshall is really meant to be in existence in the world at once. It's technically possible to have multiple Marshalls at once, but it may be buggy. If there's enough demand and it seems like people would like it, I can make it optimized for multiple Marshall mobs to exist at once.
