Hey, I'm GNU/Swann.
And today I present to you my datapack focused on firearms



Controls:

right click to shoot
shift toaim (if the weapon can)
throw the weapon on the ground to reload

Gives:

You can give yourself a basic weapon with the command /function give:guns/test_gun

but you can also create your own unique weapons with the .exe in the file of the datapack.

The last setting of the .exe is for change the gun model ID
modification of the appearance of the weapon.
exemple:
if that setting is set on 6, the weapon will have the appearance of an "AK-47"
if you want another look, choose from these:

Vous pouvez vous giver une arme basique avec la commande /function give:guns/test_gun

mais vous pouvez aussi créer vos propres armes uniques avec le .exe présent de le dossier du datapack.

Le le dernier setting du .exe permet de modifier l'ID du model de l'arme (son aparence)
la modification de l'apparence de l'arme.
exemple:
le CustomModelData est défini sur 11, l'arme aura l'apparence d'un "amt suppressed"; si vous voulez une autre apparence , choisissez parmi celles-ci:

Statistics of the weapon:

Ammo
the ammunition present in the weapon when it is given

BTTReload
the time in ticks that the reloading of the weapon will take
WSTime
the time in ticks between two shots
FirePower
the force of fire. (the bullet can bug if the value is too big) example:
if you set it to 5, the ball will fall a few blocks away from you
if you set it to 50, the ball will be propelled very far

note:
a fast bullet logically does more damage
In BulletStats is grouped
Statistics of the ball shot:

BulletWeight
the weight of the bullet fired (defining the damage inflicted). example:

If you are hit by a 10 kg bullet going at a speed of 10 km / h, you will damage more than if you were hit by a 3g bullet going at a speed of 100 km / h.
Boom
bullet explosiveness (can be disabled by being set to 0).
it includes 4 Tiers

In Attachments is grouped

Objects placed on the weapon:

Suppressor

sound emitted by the weapon when firing.
0: no suppressor, the weapon makes noise
1: a suppressor attached, tear makes no sound
Scope
weapon sight:

0: no viewfinder
1: we can aim by shifting
FlashHider
the weapon generates very disturbing smoke particles:

0: no Flash Hider, lots of smoke
1: a Flash Hider, the smoke is reduced
Grip
the weapon generates a significant recoil which can be minimized or even eliminated with the grip (0 no grip, a strong recoil)
the grip has 4 thirds.

note:
tier 4 completely eliminates recoil


At the start of the command, you can also change the name of the weapon, replacing Title Here with the desired name.

le temps en ticks que vas prendre le rechargement de l'arme
WSTime
le temps en ticks entre deux tirs
FirePower
la force de feu. exemple (la balle peut bugger si la valeur est trop grande) :
si vous le mettez à 5, la balle tombera à quelques block de vous
si vous le mettez à 50, la balle sera propulsé très loin

note:
une balle rapide fait logiquement plus de dégâts
Dans BulletStats est regroupé
Les Statistiques de la Balle tiré:

BulletWeight
le poids de la balle tiré (définissant les dégâts infligé). exemple :

si vous êtes touché par un balle de 10 kg allant à une vitesse de 10 km/h, vous dégâts serons plus importants que si vous aviez été toucher par une balle de 3g allant à une vitesse de 100 km/h.
Boom
explosivité de la balle (peut être désactivé en étant défini à 0).
elle comprend 4 Tiers

Dans Attachments est regroupé

l'arme génère des particules de fumée très dérangeantes:

0 : aucun Flash Hider, beaucoup de fumée
1 : un Flash Hider, la fumé est diminué
Grip
l'arme génère un recul important qui peut être minimiser voir supprimer avec le grip (0 aucun grip, un fort recul)
le grip comporte 4 tiers.

note :
le tier 4 supprime totalement le recul


Au début de commande, vous pouvez aussi modifier le nom de l'arme en remplacent Title Here par le nom souhaité.

EN:

I am very excited to share with you the 2nd update (which will be divided into 2 parts) of this datapack.

This is a major update because it induces support for survival!
you can now craft 5 unique weapons.
for now, the weapons are OP because I have not yet coded the ammunition system. this means that you can shoot and reload the weapon endlessly without any ammunition... Yes, rather OP...

And that's why in the next update will be introduced:
- an ammunition system
- new unique weapons craftable in survival

je suis très excité de vous partager la 2 ème update (qui sera divisé en 2) de ce datapack.

C'est une update majeur car elle indroduit un support pour la survie !
vous pouvez désormais crafter 5 armes uniques.
pour l'instant, les armes sont OP car je n'ais pas encore codé le systeme de munition. cela veux dire que vous pouvez tirer et recharger l'arme à l'infini sans aucune munition... Oui, plutôt OP...
Et c'est pour cela que dans la prochaine update sera introduit:
- un systeme de munition
- de nouvelles armes uniques craftables en survie

Few things:


Please try replace carrot on stick with crossbow cuz from third person u r shooting forward while holding gun down.
Also give horse egg texture of "gun table (barrel)" or give barrel and horse egg texture something looking like smithing table with more iron(btw if smith table + iron = egg then 3 iron + 4 oak planks =egg).
Also add second texture to pumpkin while scoping because it looks uhh.
Because u know how to make more than 1 texture to carrot on stick u should know how to do this with pumpkin egg and barrel.
About replacing every world minecraft:carrot_on_stick in datapack to minecraft:crossbow it can be hard but they r some programs that do that in moment. (Ik that u r probably using old metod with minecraft:use:carrot_on_stick scoreboard but I heard its possible to this with crossbow)
Maybe Im bad at helping but I wanted to told u about small visual bugs.

thanks for the suggestions. This project is "abandoned" to make way for a v2 of this one. that's why no recent update has been posted. these suggestions will therefore be added to the things to do for v2
