Well, someone asked me to make a datapack where a mob dropped op loot. I didn't want to do too much to it, so I just took the loot table for end city chests, copied it to creeper.json, and changed the type from chest to entity. The loot obtained is the exact same as what you get from the end cities.

You're going to have to extract the file for it to work for some reason. It had to be a normal folder, not a .zip file.
