As you've read the title, all mobs that get 10 blocks near you, they explode until they're dead, I've created an exception for players just to make it easier to play in multiplayer and items, so the explosions don't become an infinite chain reaction and crash your game.

Pro tip: Don't let arrows anywhere near you, the Wither and the Ender Dragon are resistant to explosions, don't go near them unless your computer resists many explosions at the same time.
