Structures (surprisingly) still spawn down there.
Works in the nether and the end... Oh the end. Lets just say your gonna need a lot of blocks. >:D hehehehehe...

i recommend putting a single block of endstone below the end portal (if thats possible) becuase it is literally impossible to beat the game, the end portal generates at Y:0 and no portal spawns. you just have to jump into the void, and that doesnt count as beating the game
