fixed data pack compatibility issues and added direct link removed dropbox link

i dont know why i made this but..
if your hearts are not at 20 boats will spawn on you non stop, idk why i made his challenge data pack but have fun lol
gives you 2 custom food items when loading the data pack as joke items to help keep your hearts full.
oof just imagine taking fire, poison or wither damage ;)

fixed issue with pack not being comaptible, should work from 1.16 to 1.17 now
