About Data pack:
To make this data pack work you need to put six repeating command block (in one chuck) and Add These Commands:
function abilities:slowfalling
function abilities:speed
function abilities:superjump
function abilities:flying
function abilities:invisible
function abilities:strength
Now write this command and make sure you are standing the chuck in which you put the repeating command blocks :
/forceload add ~ ~ ~ ~
Now enjoy your Abilities

I know but I just added another file so I can fix it fast as for some reason tick.mcfunction was not working for me

Sorry guys forgot to tell you something you need to add the scoreboards too

Scoreboards:

/scoreboard objective add Crafted_Jump minecraft.crafted:minecraft.carrot_on_a_stick
/scoreboard objective add Crafted_Strength minecraft.crafted:minecraft.prismarine_shard
/scoreboard objective add Crafted_Fly minecraft.crafted:minecraft.warped_fungus_on_a_stick
/scoreboard objective add Crafted_Slime minecraft.crafted:minecraft.slime_ball
/scoreboard objective add Crafted_Speed minecraft.crafted:minecraft.nautilus_shell
/scoreboard objective add Crafted_Invis minecraft.crafted:minecraft.popped_chorus_fruit
